The Hatfield Clan was plagued by what is now known as Hatfield’s Disease; a disorder of the bladder that causes a constant need to urinate. Cousin Jake (far right) can be seen zipping up after a trip to the outhouse.

Seems the little boy on the far right wanted to make sure everyone was aware of the situation.
